Hello!
The day before yesterday as soon as i made a request to withdraw $1200 from my own account, i received a request from the vavada casino moderator to verify my identity. That $1200 was only a part of the full amount of $14077.81 in that account. I sent them all the documents they asked me to send them. After 15 minutes i received a message from them with the following text: "the balance has been blocked without the right to restore. You are forbidden to create accounts and cut in our casino, because you used prohibited tactics. Your winnings and deposit have been canceled due to a violation of casino technology."
No further explanation from our employee i have.
Full story below. On november 23, 2021, i registered at our online casino store vavada, license number #8048/jaz2017-035 with a goal ps4 to play blackjack vavada casino pl in a live casino. I played at equal stakes in the automatic game mode, which means that i did not actively manipulate and therefore did not affect the end of the game.
Further, after wagering bonus, i decided you do not need in this casino, as i strongly doubted the veracity of this casino. I made a subscription to withdraw my winnings. Despite the fact that the site now states that there is no need for identity verification when depositing and withdrawing funds, i was asked for my driver's license, and selfies. After receiving the above documents, they said that i used "prohibited tactics" and all my prizes will be canceled, and the deposit is also not expected to be returned. My account is closed permanently, but this decision is recognized as final. Access to my account is restricted". The meaning of the term "prohibited tactics" was not explained to me. Thanks for the suggestion and advice! From what i understand, this casino is usually aimed at cis consumers. I found one site in ru (affgamblers) that will negotiate with an online gambling house on similar cases, at least they have a vavada representative stored there. I filed a request through them, as i believe that this information within the cis borders will have more impact on the reputation of this casino (if the relevant word is applicable here). As it is necessary from the rules of the established site, this restricts me to apply through you today. After a positive or negative resolution of the issue i will decide what to do next, i will probably apply to antillephone times as well. Under any circumstances, i will keep you updated here.

This is really inconvenient. Vavada allows you to spend and have fun with bonus cash at live tables, and at the same time bonus wagers are not counted and all correct bets (including your original bets for that round) are credited to the bonus account. As a result, you find yourself in a mousetrap - any of your live money moved to the bonus account and then, to return to the high school, nor in the institute except, the user must win back the original bonus. I read vavada's response on affgambler's site the other day and it's ridiculous. They accused you of card counting. But according to the data so you provided in this house your live bj trading resulted in a central disadvantage and all the winnings you got are available from playing the machines. That confiscated both your winnings and your account regarding the value of $8000. File a complaint on my site. The affgambler is a joke.
